Situated below Jägerkamp and Brecherspitz, you can head for the mountains directly from the front porch. The bus stop to Spitzingsee is found directly opposite to the house, on the other side of the road. There is plenty of space in the garden for shared meals, games, yoga, secluded spots to relax and a cosy campfire.
