Yoga
In the morning yoga classes we will take time to turn inward and get to know ourselves better. We will work with our body to keep it healthy and fit and to create the basis to look more closely at the mind in silence. Themes in these sessions will be acceptance, serenity, trust, acceptance and gratitude.
We will also take a closer look at breathing techniques. The breath is a wonderful tool to perceive our emotions and to influence subtle energies on a physical level.
